Explore what we offer
Building Relationships
Creating a Positive and Engaging Atmosphere
Dive into how your tone, facial expressions, and engagement can have a powerful impact on children’s receptiveness. Volunteers will discover the difference a smile, a welcoming voice, and enthusiasm can make when introducing stories and interacting with the kids. This session is packed with practical ways to boost your confidence and communication, making every lesson feel welcoming and exciting.
Kingdom Keys Workshop
Unlocking the Hearts and Minds of Children for Christ
This foundational workshop, “Kingdom Keys to a Child’s Heart,” teaches volunteers the essentials of connecting with kids on a deeper level. We’ll explore the idea that when you win a child’s heart, their mind will follow. Learn how to make Sunday school more than just a lesson by engaging children in a way that resonates with them personally. This workshop covers techniques for creating trust, building rapport, and developing an authentic, caring presence that children respond to.
Managing Classroom Challenges
Handling Common Behavior Issues Effectively
Learn how to manage common classroom challenges without needing a formal education background. Volunteers often face misbehavior or disruptions but may feel unprepared to handle them calmly and effectively. This session provides realistic, compassionate approaches to dealing with disruptions, shy or reluctant children, and keeping kids engaged.

About Dawn Krivitz
A Heart for Ministry, A Calling to Equip Others
Dawn has spent over 30 years in child development nurturing young hearts and minds. She knows firsthand the joy, challenges, and deep impact of connecting with children on their faith journey. Driven by a calling to help others make the same difference, she founded this program to empower and equip volunteers who may not have formal training but are dedicated to serving with love and purpose.
"If you can win a child’s heart, their mind will follow."
This is the principle that guides her work. Dawn believes that when children feel loved and understood, they’re more open to learning, exploring, and embracing the lessons shared with them. Her workshops focus on this heart-first approach, giving volunteers the practical skills to create a positive, engaging, and faith-centered classroom.
